Terms and conditions

1. Operator and scope

These terms apply to creating and using an account and requesting bookings for our holiday homes in Burgundy. The operator and contact details appear at the top of this document. Use these details for questions about your account or stay.

2. Account and information

Provide accurate, up-to-date information and only use an email address you are entitled to use. Keep your login details confidential and report misuse promptly. An account without a password may be created through a booking request or by an authorised host or administrator. The user must personally accept these terms when setting their first password. An ordinary reset of an existing password does not require renewed acceptance. The terms and privacy notice are available beforehand through separate links.

3. Booking requests and payment

Submitting a request does not yet constitute a confirmed reservation. The host reviews availability and accepts or rejects the request. Before submitting, check the accommodation, dates, number of guests, selected extras and displayed price. The confirmation specifies the applicable payment arrangements. Payments use the available Mollie payment methods. Any specific stay, change and cancellation conditions must be communicated before the booking contract is concluded.

4. Using the accommodation and website

Treat the accommodation with care, respect the communicated house rules and agreed guest count, and report damage or problems to the host. Do not use the website for unlawful activities, deception or disruption of the service. If a problem arises, we will seek an appropriate solution together; these terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

5. Changes, cancellations and complaints

Contact the host or operator with your booking reference to request a change, cancel or raise a complaint. The arrangements provided with your booking and applicable legal rights determine the consequences; these account terms do not impose separate cancellation fees. Updated terms are available on the website and do not retrospectively change existing booking arrangements.

6. Privacy and evidence of acceptance

Our privacy notice explains how we process personal data. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing. We retain the time, language, version and a copy of the displayed documents with the acceptance, together with the relevant account reference, the originating form and, where signed in, the acting user. Current documents remain accessible through the application.
